E700SC Safe Torque Off

E700

The safe torque off E700, just like the D700, is compliant with EN954-1 Cat.3 and IEC60204-1 Stop Category 0. The model number of the safe torque off E700 includes the letters "SC" after the ampere rating, making it readily identifiable from regular E700s. The physical depth of the SC version increases by 6mm for all sizes. It is otherwise dimensionally and functionally equivalent to the current model. All of the E700s popular connectivity options, including Ethernet I/P using the FR-A7N-ETH card, are compatible with the safe torque off model. To accommodate the extra depth a deeper cover is required. See the Product Bulletin for more details. The E700SC is compact only in its size. The E700SC can outperform many competitors "standard class VFDs", positioned to attack a specific market segment (e.g., machinery OEM, food and beverage, etc.). The E700SC is positioned as a premium compact class VFD, with a 5 year warranty, at a competitive book price.

Precision Plantary Gearbox's

Image IVC3D

The APEX servo gearbox has been designed for direct attachment to popular servomotors. The power is transmitted from the motor to sun gear. The sun gear drives three planet gears, which are contained within an internal toothed ring gear. The planet gears are mounted on the planet carrier with double wall supports. The planet carrier is part output shaft. So when the sun gear rotates, it drives the three planet gears inside the ring gear. As planet gears rotate with carries and automatically the output shaft rotates. Due to the load sharing into multiple tooth contacts, the planetary gearbox provides the highest torque and stiffness for a given envelope. The other significant advantages are simple and efficient lubrication and a balanced system at high speeds. The balanced planetary kinematics and the associated load sharing makes the planetary-type gearbox truly ideal for servo applications.
